2006 Syrah, McKinley Springs Vineyard, Horse Heaven Hills

Nicknamed the “Espresso Block,” McKinley Springs gives us the most intense Syrah we produce. Deep purple/black color, aromatic nose of raspberry, pepper, bitter chocolate and espresso. Super concentrated flavors balanced with great natural acidity. A hint of orange zest and berry aromatics give evidence to the 2% Viognier while the finish lingers with sweet fruit characteristics. An impressive, elegant wine.

2007 Viognier, Columbia Valley

This 100% Viognier displays a remarkable clear pale straw character. Aromas of white peaches and apricots are complemented with honeysuckle and orange blossom. Melon flavors dominate the palate with subtle hints of minerality. Rich and ripe, without losing its acidity, it has a long persistent finish. A complex and intriguing wine.

2007 Late Harvest Viognier, Coyote Canyon Vineyard, Horse Heaven Hills

This Late Harvest, 100% Viognier bursts with concentrated flavors of peach, honey and jasmine flowers. A sweet treat for desserts and after dinner sipping.

2006 Syrah, Columbia Valley

A lovely Syrah from two vineyards in the Horse Heaven Hills (Coyote Canyon and Destiny Ridge Vineyards) and one on the Wahluke Slope (Milbrandt Vineyards). Pure aromas of violet, star anise and black raspberry accentuate this concentrated Syrah. Substantial weight is Brightened by a backbone of acidity and ripe tannins. A lengthy finish completes this well balanced wine. In other words, it’s juicy, inspiring and delightful.
